The misery caused by unethical leaders drives home an important point: Ethics is at the heart of leadership. Through discussion and various activities, participants will have the opportunity to review their leadership roles, and discover how roles and behavior can influence creating an organizations ethical culture. Participants will learn how to:

  • understand ethical consequences and the ethical framework
  • develop a capacity to make and implement ethical choices
  • assess leadership ethics
  • meet the ethical challenges of diversity
  • explain, compare, and contrast the ethical challenges of leadership in a global society
  • understand the ethical demands of today's leadership
  • incorporate ethical principles and values when making decisions

Recommended for individuals who

  • want to improve their organization's effectiveness
  • have leadership responsibility or who may be in the leadership-role pipeline
  • want to be equipped to handle the challenges of ethical leadership
