Please remember that the enrollment one week prior to the class start date determines whether the class will run, so register early to avoid cancellations!
Online: Choose the course you want from the Course Schedule and click "Register online" to register using MasterCard or Visa. You will receive an e-mail as your only confirmation.
Please note: When using corporate cards, “education” purchases must be allowed by the card. Also, some cards require an approval code which can not be accepted by our system. In both these circumstances the cardholder needs to contact their card-issuing bank to remove these controls.

In Person: Registrar's Office, Penn State Great Valley, 30 E. Swedesford Rd, Malvern, First floor. Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:15 p.m., or Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please bring your completed Registration Form with you. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order.
Note: The University reserves the right to cancel courses owing to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation of a student registration for a full refund will be accepted up to one week before the course begins. Thereafter, the full fee is due.
Withdrawals/Refunds
If you cannot attend a course, you may receive a refund by notifying the Registration Office before the class begins. There are NO refunds once class has begun. Refunds will not be issued for classes missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies, or any other event beyond the University’s control. No refunds will be made to students who attempt to take courses without complying with the prerequisite requirements.
Please do not ask us to make an exception.
Class Cancellation
The University reserves the right to cancel courses because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be given in these events.
Confirmations
Please allow 2 weeks for confirmation letters to be processed. Please review your confirmation for accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately to the Registrar's Office at 610-648-3274. Room assignments are posted in the lobby the first night of class.
Emergency closing notification
In the event of a weather or other emergency, call 610-648-3399 or click here. Information is also available on radio station KYW-1060 AM through an emergency closing code: RADIO CODE 2851 (Chester County). If the radio code is broadcast, all classes and activities at Penn State Great Valley will be canceled. If the radio code is not broadcast, classes will meet as regularly scheduled.
