Penn State Great Valley will offer a new graduate Instructional Design for E-Learning Certificate beginning this fall. The certificate, which will provide students with a systematic approach to creating instructional materials to maximize the on-line learner's experience, requires successful completion of three, three-credit graduate courses which can be applied toward a master's degree program, as well as two hands-on tools courses. The first course, Insys 415: Systematic Instructional Development, will be held on Tuesdays, September 18 through October 23, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturdays, September 29, October 6 and 20, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
