Tuition

To complete the registration process, total tuition is due prior to the first class.  Tuition may be paid online, by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa, or may be billed to an employer with an accompanying Letter of Authorization.  Make checks payable to The Pennsylvania State University.

If you have not paid prior to the first class, your name will not be on the student roster and you will not be able to attend class.

 Company Billing

Company billing is for students whose company will pay their tuition.  A Letter of Authorization must accompany your completed  Registration Form.  The letter must be on company letterhead referencing the student, course title, and course fee.  It must be signed by the person responsible for payment and include the complete billing address. 

Withdrawals and Refunds

If you cannot attend a course, you may receive a refund by notifying the Registrar at 610-648-3274 before the class begins.

The University reserves the right to cancel courses owing to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.  Full refunds will be given in these events.

No refunds can be issued

  • once class has begun. 
  • to students who attempt to take courses without complying with the prerequisite requirements. 
  • for classes missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies or any other event beyond the University's control.
