Graduate Certificate in Differentiated Instruction in General Education Classrooms
The Program
This four course certificate program for general classroom teachers concentrates on working with diverse student populations.

No prerequisites are required for this certificate.

You can take one course or all course offerings depending on your area of interest.

You may register for any course in the curriculum. There is no sequential order.

You may request a Graduate Certificate upon completion of the required course work with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
The Curriculum
• Content Enhancement for Secondary Students: SPLED 597 (3 credits)
Linking student learning with general education curriculum standards.
• Working with Families and Professionals in Special Education: SPLED 404 (3 credits)
Improving collaboration, communication, and management skills in the learning environment.

To begin this program in either the fall or spring semester, complete the Graduate Nondegree Application.
