There are 2 ways to complete the Graduate Exit Survey.
Soon after filing your Intent to Graduate, you will receive a letter with a paper copy of the survey. You may fill this copy out and return it in the envelope provided.
After you receive your letter, you may fill out the survey online. You will need a user name and password to complete the online survey which are provided in the letter. To go to the survey online, click here.
