  • The human resources section on this site provides for resume submission and job searching with a drop-down menu for position types.
Chester County Intermediate Unit

  • Users can search the CCIU employment database and learn about substituting and teaching opportunities. Users can download the pennyslvania standard application as well as the CCIU application for employment.
Chronicle of Higher Education

  • Registered subscribers can use the career guidance and job listings on the site. Subscribers have access to the entire contents of the web site while non-subscribers can read news and advice columns as well as search for jobs.
Delaware County Intermediate Unit ***

  • Teachers and other certified personnel must apply through PaReap, using a form which can be obtained on this site and recent openings are listed for them. Information is given for sending letters of interest. Directions are provided for other personnel to apply directly.
Higher Education Jobs

  • Categories for searching include administrative, staff, executive and faculty in addition to sections for community colleges and part-time and adjunct positions. Searching can also be done by location or institution. Resumes can be saved and emailed and participants can arrange to receive listings via email.

  • Personnel service provides information on vacancies as well as their employment application clearance information and links to forms.

  • Applications can be posted online here. Job opportunities are listed and career development resources and quick links to other information are readily found.

  • The applicant portion provides for postings to all participating districts about which information is provided to the thousands of applicants using the site. District lists can be obtained by geographical location in the state. Also found here is information on how to apply to schools in other states. School districts can conduct customized searches and post vacancies and manage applications electronically.
Pennsylvania Deptartment of Education

  • Information on teaching in the state includes Act 48 certification, academic standards and many other issues. Forms are available including those on clearances. Names and addresses of all the school districts are provided as well as the standard application. There are services included that are not under commonwealth control.
Teachers-Teachers
http://www.teachers-teachers.com
  • Free job searching is available for teachers, administrators and related personnel. Applicants can specify by state and other perimeters and post resumes online. School districts are charged for using the services.
